These terms apply to anyone who uses nicorobinaichat.com. Using the site means accepting them; if you would rather not, simply leave.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older, and above the age of majority for adult material in your country, to use this site.
2. The nature of the site
Nico Robin AI Chat is a fan guide to Nico Robin roleplay bots hosted on SpicyChat, with picture links to a Robin bot on GirlfriendGPT. It runs no AI itself and publishes no official One Piece material.
3. Fiction only
Text written in Robin's voice here, and anything a chatbot writes to you, is invented. An AI is not Nico Robin and not a person. Never treat what it says as medical, legal, financial or any other advice.
4. Outside services
The linked bots are created by SpicyChat users and operated on SpicyChat. Your account, subscription and chats there fall under SpicyChat's terms, not ours, and we have no control over a bot's replies. If one breaches SpicyChat's rules, report it there and tell us, and we will drop the link. Picture links go to GirlfriendGPT instead, where GirlfriendGPT's terms govern in the same way.
5. Intellectual property
Nico Robin, One Piece and associated names are the property of Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha and Toei Animation; we refer to them only to describe the bots. Our own writing, design and generated artwork may not be republished in bulk. Takedown details are on Fan Content and Copyright.
6. Limitation of liability
We try to keep lore correct and links alive, but offer the site without warranties. Bots disappear, SpicyChat and GirlfriendGPT change their prices, pages go stale. As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or of services reached through it.
7. Revisions
These terms may be revised as the site evolves. The date above marks the current version, which applies from the moment it is published.
