Controller
Nico Robin AI Chat is run privately by a single fan and financed through referral programs with SpicyChat and GirlfriendGPT. That person acts as the data controller for this website. Data protection questions go to [email protected].
What loads when you read the site
Every page, picture and font file comes from this domain; the fonts are self-hosted rather than fetched from Google Fonts. You will find no advertising tag, no social media widget and no tracking cookie on any page.
Counting readers
To see which pages Robin's readers actually open, the site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, keeps nothing that identifies you and does not trail you onto other websites; what reaches us is page views and visit totals. Our own small counter also notes which chat button was pressed, as a bare tally with no personal data in it.
Cloudflare hosts the site. To serve pages and block abusive traffic, Cloudflare necessarily handles your IP address, browser details and the time of each request. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website for this, and Cloudflare processes the data under its own privacy terms.
The 18+ confirmation
Clicking that you are an adult saves one small entry, called "age18", in your browser's local storage. It is the only thing this site stores on your device. It is never transmitted to us, and clearing the site data in your browser deletes it.
Messages you send
The contact form passes your name, email address and message through FormSubmit, a service that forwards form entries by email, to our inbox. That information is used only to answer you. Messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless an open legal matter such as a takedown dispute means we must hold them longer.
Leaving for SpicyChat
Most chat buttons open SpicyChat, an independent company, with our referral code attached to the link so the visit is credited to us. Once you arrive, SpicyChat's privacy policy governs your account, its cookies, your payments and your conversations. None of that ever reaches us.
Leaving for GirlfriendGPT
Robin's pictures lead somewhere else. The locked Premium images, the button beside the gallery and the one on the AI art page take you, by way of /go/pics/ on nicorobinaichat.com, to a Robin bot on GirlfriendGPT that can create pictures of her as you talk. These links carry our referral code too. Once there, you are covered by GirlfriendGPT's privacy policy, not ours, and we have no view of your chats or payments on that platform.
Your rights
Under laws such as the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD and California's CCPA, you may ask to see, correct, export or erase the data we hold about you, or object to its use. In practice that means any contact message you sent. Write to [email protected]; you are also free to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Age limit
Nobody under 18 should use this site, and we never knowingly collect data from minors. If a message reaches us from someone underage, we erase it as soon as we notice or are told.

Should anything about this data handling change, this policy and its date will be revised.
